The Pennsylvania Statewide Afterschool Youth Development Network held a rally for Pennsylvania afterschool programs, complete with youth keynotes, as well as remarks from State Reps. Elizabeth Fiedler, D-Phila., and Doyle Heffley, R-Carbon, co-chairs of the PA House Afterschool Caucus.
